Job Title: Landfill Gas Technician Job Description
As a Landfill Gas Technician, you will work on projects related to landfill gas collection and control systems. Your role will involve monitoring and maintaining gas extraction systems to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and prevent the release of harmful gases into the atmosphere.
ResponsibilitiesYou will spend 50-60% of your time working outdoors. At the end of the day, you will enter data and upload it to the system. You will be part of a team of eight, working in pairs to monitor systems. The dress code includes steel toe boots, jeans, and PPE provided by the client. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
