Job Description

  • Territory Sales Representative – Collin County

Rollertown Beerworks | Frisco, Texas Territory: Collin County / North Texas Position Type: Full-Time | Outside Sales

Come Help Build One of DFW’s Fastest-Growing Beer Brands

Rollertown is growing — and we’re looking for a proven sales professional who wants to grow with us.

We’re not looking for someone who simply maintains accounts or takes orders. We want a top performer: someone competitive, energetic, relationship-driven and accustomed to winning. Someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, create opportunities and turn those opportunities into long-term business.

This role will own  Collin County , one of the most important markets for Rollertown and our home territory. From Frisco, Plano and McKinney to Prosper, Celina and the surrounding communities, you’ll be responsible for making Rollertown impossible to miss.

If you have a strong sales track record, know the North Texas market and want the opportunity to help build a brand with significant momentum behind it, we want to talk to you.

Position Summary

As our  Territory Sales Representative – Collin County , you will be the face of Rollertown throughout the market, responsible for accelerating our growth across bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, retailers and other key accounts.

Your mission is simple:

Build relationships. Create placements. Drive velocity. Grow the Rollertown brand.

This is an outside sales position for someone who enjoys developing new business, growing existing relationships and being accountable for measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively pursue new  on-premise and off-premise distribution throughout Collin County.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at bars, restaurants, retailers, entertainment venues
    and key local accounts.
  • Identify high-value prospects and consistently convert them into Rollertown customers.
  • Grow existing accounts through additional placements, expanded distribution, features and stronger
    execution.
  • Develop and execute a disciplined territory plan while maintaining a healthy pipeline of new
    business.
  • Work closely with our  Ben E. Keith distributor team to identify opportunities and ensure excellent execution in the market.
  • Conduct regular account visits and ensure Rollertown displays, menus, taps and retail placements are executed at a high level.
  • Create opportunities for pint nights, tastings, promotions, events and other activations that drive trial and velocity.
  • Become deeply connected within the Collin County hospitality and retail community.
  • Understand account-level performance and focus your time where it will generate the greatest
    return.

Represent Rollertown with professionalism, energy and enthusiasm everywhere you go.

What Winning Looks Like
We believe great salespeople want clear expectations and want their performance measured.
Success in this position means:
More doors. More taps. More shelves. More displays. More velocity. More repeat business. More Rollertown drinkers.
You’ll be expected to consistently grow the territory, develop new business and create measurable results. We want someone who enjoys having a number to beat — and usually beats it.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:

  • A demonstrated history of strong sales performance.
  • Several years of successful outside sales, account management or business development
    experience.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience selling b eer, wine, spirits, beverages, foodservice, consumer products, or into bars,
    restaurants and retail  strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships within Collin County or the broader DFW market — a major advantage.
  • Experience working with distributors and an understanding of the three-tier alcohol system is a
    plus.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • The ability and willingness to prospect aggressively and ask for the business.
  • Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage a territory effectively.
  • The confidence to walk into an account where Rollertown isn’t currently sold and figure out how to
    change that.
  • A competitive mindset and genuine desire to win.
  • High personal accountability — you take ownership of results.

The ability to work independently while also being a great teammate.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with drive.

We can teach you a lot about Rollertown.

We can’t teach you to be hungry.

Why Rollertown?

This isn’t a position where you’re being asked to revive a tired brand or sell something nobody has heard of. You’ll be joining a company with real momentum.

Rollertown has grown from a small independent brewery into one of DFW’s fastest-growing local beer and entertainment brands, with distribution across North Texas and a flagship brewery and entertainment destination in the heart of Frisco.

We’re ambitious about where we’re going next.

For the right salesperson, that creates an unusual opportunity: join while the brand is growing rapidly, own an important territory and have a direct impact on what Rollertown becomes.

You’ll have a great story to tell, a growing portfolio to sell and a team that wants to win.

The Person Who Will Love This Job

You’re probably already successful. You may already have a good job.

But you want something where your effort matters more. You want to build something. You want the satisfaction of driving around your territory and seeing accounts you personally won carrying a brand you helped grow.

You like competition.
You like relationships.
You like closing business.
And when you believe in what you’re selling, you’re very difficult to beat.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

Come help us build Rollertown across Collin County — and help build one of the next great beer brands in Texas.
